Authroized WordPress Agency

In 1995, while working at Xerox in Arizona, I stumbled upon a company Evergreen building one of the internet’s first ecommerce stores—for John Denver, no less. It was a lightbulb moment. The idea of a 24/7 storefront blew my mind, and I left Xerox soon after to dive headfirst into the digital frontier. I joined a local hosting provider, NetZone, as Sales Director and soon after launched my own web development firm—GlobalOrgMarketing and GlobalOrg.

We were part of a pioneering movement, helping companies establish their first online presence. In 1996, the Arizona Republic highlighted our early work with a quote that still resonates today:

“The potential is definitely there. It’s just that people still need to be educated on how to use it to their advantage.” â€” Sandy Clancy, President and Senior Consultant, Global Marketing of Scottsdale (Arizona Republic, May 5, 1996)

My journey then led me to Adobe, where I was hired as an Application Engineer. I traveled across five states, demonstrating cutting-edge Adobe software at Fortune 500 companies, trade shows, and military bases. By 2000, I became an Adobe Certified Instructor and shifted into training roles, combining my love of technology and education.

Today, GlobalOrg is relaunching as a boutique digital agency and learning consultancy. We bring decades of experience in instructional design, digital strategy, and web development into every engagement—whether it’s helping brands train teams, reach customers, or rethink their digital presence.
